My name is Bethany, and l'm a graphic designer with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic/ Information Design. Most recently I have channelled my creativity and expertise as a designer at Wesleyan University. During the three years I was there, I had the privilege of shaping visual narratives and honing my skills in the art of design. Whether it's through print or digital mediums, I strive to create bold, clean designs that leave a lasting impression.
In addition to my work at Wesleyan, I do freelance design work for the Atlantic Salmon Federation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the conservation of wild salmon. I have created both digital and print pieces for their New York Galas, including postcards, invitations, catalogs, menus/programs, and powerpoint presentations.
I am an eager learner and love expanding my knowledge of design and adjacent topics. I recently received a Web Design and Development certificate from Cornell University. Endeavors like this allow me to stay at the forefront of design trends and technologies, further enhancing my capabilities as a designer.
Outside of design, I am a lover of all animals. I worked at a veterinary clinic for two years while in college which was a great way to get some stress-relieving puppy cuddles after class. Painting my nails every week is another form of creative expression that I enjoy. I would consider myself a nail artist. Doing my nails is a relaxing way for me to experiment with designs and get my creative juices flowing.
If you like my style and want to work with me, send me an email and get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you!
